Prime 1 Studio's 1:3 Scale Museum Masterline THE BATMAN Special Art Edition Statue stands nearly 35 inches tall and is based on the famous comic artist Jim Lee's exclusive DC Fandome illustration from 2020's DC Fandome Event. Prime 1 Studio created this piece of art to take advantage of every opportunity to showcase the newest Batman and to highlight how awesome this new design aesthetic is.

The artist team at Prime 1 Studio took the core of Jim Lee's artwork and embellished it to increase the realism and drama. Inspired by the film, their artists have pushed the limits of what's possible to bring you a fresh take on the Caped Crusader.

Perched atop an iconic gargoyle, he is ready to take on Gotham City's most superstitious and cowardly residents. The Batman has always appeared as a colourless night creature, but Prime1's painters took great care in differentiating the multitude of armour pieces, cloth textures, and other aspects of the suit to show that his costume is made up of many parts...rather than just a solid block of darkness. To bring out the stark realism of this piece, they used a variety of finishes and painting techniques as they wanted to demonstrate how Jim Lee's drawing could be used to inspire realism in a statue.

The leather-like texture and intricate stitching on his cowl, as well as the subtle facial features in the lower half of his face, are easily visible from his head alone. His armour is a combination of solid form and brutal function. It provides him with a menacing silhouette as well as the protection he requires to do his job effectively. You can see every stitch, dent, texture, pouch, and strap as if it were the real thing.
